dissolving sugar

We were seeing how much sugar we could dissolve in 100mls of water in 80o degrees using a Bunsen burner. we done it so than we could know how many sugar cubes can be dissolved at a certain temperature. we successfully dissolved 33 sugar cubes it was interesting though how in 80o we could dissolve 33 sugar cubes and in 90o they could dissolve 37 sugar cubes.
These are the results of the whole class:
In 30o Lachlan, Sean and Denial dissolved 10 sugar cubes
In 40o Ruby, Naticia, and Catlin dissolved 14 sugar cubes
In 50o Cameron, Baily and Alex dissolved 11 sugar cubes
